Sarah Hamblin is a Director/Producer/DP working in Los Angeles, and specializing in comedy. Recent credits include Good Mythical Morning: The BackUp Plan (YouTube), Nathan For You (Comedy Central), The Eric Andre Show (Adult Swim), and Food Paradise (Travel Channel). Sarah has also directed several webseries (Get Lost, The Mailroom (unreleased), 991 Semi-Emergency), commercials and music videos (most recently for Babes, and Leslie Stevens).
From 2010-11, Sarah created, wrote and directed a live, monthly children's show called "The Breakfast Show," featuring some of LA's top comedians, performing for children for the first time – guests like TJ Miller (Silicon Valley), Josh Fadem (30 Rock) and Eric Andre (The Eric Andre Show) elicited rave reviews, including LA Weekly: “The Breakfast Show is an honest-to-dog old-fashioned comedy/variety show for kids. The monthly party goes from silly to giddy in the same amount of time it takes you sneeze up that raw carrot you're chomping on.” Currently Sarah runs a monthly live stand up show called Lush Hour, featuring the new indie LA comedy elite - recent guests include Maria Bamford (Arrested Development), Johnny Pemberton, Eric Charles Nielson (Community), Howard Kremer, Emily Heller and Matt Braunger.
Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia (home of Theodore Tugboat and the donair!), Sarah currently resides in Los Angeles, thanks to dual citizenship and a natural flair for parallel parking.
